Strong winds also overturned a tractor-trailer on Interstate 80 near Laramie and blew a boat off another trailer. EPISODE NARRATIVE: Severe thunderstorms moved generally north northwest over parts of far southeast Wyoming producing a few tornadoes as well as hail and some flooding.
